About eight minutes, for both of you. Your spouse can answer their own side later if they want to. Everything can be changed.

One email a month, to both of you
One to three specific dates near you: the place, the night and the time, sized to your budget and your sitter, with a backup if the first one does not work.

Either of you replies
One yes confirms it. Say no, or suggest another night, and we send another option.

Every yes, no and other night tells us more about what works for you two, so each month fits a little better.
