Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Agent Atlas LLC (“we”), which runs Atlas at app.weeklydatenight.com. By filling in the survey, answering your own side, or signing in, you agree to them.

What Atlas does

Atlas plans dates for married couples. One of you fills in a survey for both of you. Each month we email you both one to three specific suggestions, and either of you can reply to confirm one. If you connected a Google Calendar, we put the dates you confirm on it. We suggest places and times; you book and pay the places yourselves.

Suggestions can be wrong

Atlas uses an AI model to research and suggest dates, and suggestions can be wrong. Opening hours, prices, events, tickets and reservations change, and a place may be closed, full or not as described. We check what we can, but before you go, confirm hours, tickets and reservations yourselves.

Places we suggest

We do not own, run or vouch for the restaurants, venues, events or other businesses we suggest, and we are not responsible for what they do, charge or provide. Any booking, purchase or dispute is between you and them.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
• One household per couple.
• Only give us your spouse’s name and email address with their knowledge. We email them only after you confirm your own address.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your email can open your Atlas account.

Price

Your first two dates are planned free, and we do not ask for a card to start. Once two dates we planned for you have passed, Atlas is a monthly subscription at the price shown on your account page and at checkout. We plan no new month until you add a card, and nothing is charged before you do. The subscription renews each month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your account page, and the subscription ends when the month you paid for ends. If you cancel, the dates for the period you paid for still come; nothing new after it ends. Either way the dates already planned stay yours. If a payment fails we try your card again for a while and tell you both; if it still fails, the subscription ends. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. We do not refund part of a month; if something went wrong, email hello@weeklydatenight.com and we will look at it.

When neither of you replies

While any date in a plan is still waiting for your answer, we send one reminder on day 3. If neither of you has answered anything by day 5, we confirm the first date (or the next one, if your connected calendar now shows something else at that time) and tell you both, and you can reply to swap it. Confirming a date does not reserve it: any reservation it needs is still yours to make. Any other date still unanswered on day 5 is let go. If you turn on “always ask us first” on your account page, we never confirm a date on our own, and any date still unanswered on day 5 is let go.

Your safety and your choices

You decide whether a suggestion is right for you. Check anything that matters to you, such as accessibility, allergies, alcohol, weather or the route, before you go, and use your own judgment about any place or activity.

Acceptable use

Do not use Atlas to contact people who have not agreed to it, to give us someone else’s information without their knowledge, to interfere with the service or try to get around its limits, or to break the law.

Ending

You can stop at any time: use Delete our data on your account page (it also ends your subscription at once), or email hello@weeklydatenight.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. We may also stop offering Atlas; if we do, we will tell you first and delete your data.

No warranty

Atlas is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at a place we suggested, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and tell you by email before a change that affects you takes effect.
